Oakwood Students to Spend Spring Break in Ministry

Posted By: How May I Help You NC on February 28, 2014 Many people of Oakwood University are gearing up for rest and relaxation for next week's Spring Break. However, some members of the student body, along with selected faculty and staff, will be participating in ministry-related activities during that time. Approximately 13 students are going on a mission trip to New Orleans, La., to work with Habitat for Humanity. Twelve people of the Literature Evangelist Training Center (LETC) will be canvassing communities in Birmingham, Ala. Our award-winning Aeolians will be heading north to minister in music.
