Leads creative development for the organization’s strategic initiatives that bring in upward of $100 million in revenue. Works closely with design managers, Print Production Liaison and Traffic team to ensure overall consistency, accuracy and timeliness of materials. Evaluates the effectiveness of materials and processes and routinely provides recommendations for improvement to management. Leads organization-wide initiatives such as branding, campaign development/management, portfolios/case studies and other projects. Oversees rush design requests as needed. Uses high level skills and experience to coordinate event partnerships and recruitment, cultivation and retention strategies in order to drive the organization’s endurance fundraising programs. Responsibilities include developing campaign best practices and marketing strategies necessary to raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and working to implement those program objectives through the ALSAC network of regional offices. Uses knowledge of peer to peer fundraising programs, relationship building and sales skills to develop mutually beneficial associations. Markets St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to current and prospective endurance events and partner organizations across the country. Manages the Sr. Reps and Rep for Endurance Programs Programs & Partnerships.
