TSU President Rudley Appointed by U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan

Posted By: Reginald Culpepper on March 31, 2014 The U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan has appointed Texas Southern University President Dr. John M. Rudley to serve on the Historically Black Colleges and Universities Capital Financing Advisory Board (HBCUCFAB). The board provides advice and counsel to the Secretary of Education and the designated bonding authority as to the most effective and efficient means of implementing construction financing on historically black college and university campuses and advises Congress regarding the progress made in implementing the program.
