ABOUT THE POSITION: The position is responsible for activities relating to systems analysis and, program analysis, design, end-user training and assistance, and technical and user documentation for the college’s enterprise information system. The position includes but is not limited to the support, installation of updates and new functional development for PASSPORT (Web interface for Students, Faculty and Staff) and Higher Reach (Corporate and Community Training Offerings). An employee in this position is expected to be experienced in application software development with strong business analysis skills and a variety of technical skills and a proven track record of acquiring and applying new technical skills. The employee is expected to work closely with all aspects of the college community. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
This position is a level P12. Generally, for exempt positions starting salaries are between the minimum and the midpoint (benchmark).
