Prepare faculty, staff, student paper and electronic PARs, including hiring, separation, supplemental, student stipend etc.

Assist with vendor set up in SAP.

Initiate purchase requisitions in SAP.

Ensure all purchases are in compliance with grant approved budget, funding agency regulations and NKU policies.

Work with IT and procurement as needed for computer/technology purchases.

Work with Procurement as needed for personal service contracts, speaker contracts, etc.

Prepare travel requests and travel expense reports in SAP for faculty and staff.

Assist with training PI’s on grant BW reports as needed for Payroll, encumbrance, tuition and monthly transaction reconciliations and grant monitoring.

Prepare parked vendor invoices as needed for student travel and research subject stipends. Prepare Interdepartmental Bills as needed.

Notify PI’s of final progress/technical reporting requirements.

Prepare paper time and effort reports for summer and/or supplemental pay and forward for appropriate approvals.

Assist with monthly reconciliation of grant expenditures.

Initiate request for grant expense recodes, payroll expense retros and budget transfers.
