Known for the party hyping track My Cupp, which still overwhelms the club scene today and racked up over 1 Million views on Youtube, the multi-gifted Jamaican performer knows how to enhance the vibes of the party goers and ensure music lovers to have a fun. Co-produced by Avalanche INC and Timecode Records, Turn It Up is a perfect outline of Richie Loop’s ability to create a lively air through his music; all while emphasizing components of Pop and Dancehall to create a genuine track that has a global appeal. The track calls for audience members to disregard life’s hassles and loosen up, radiating positive feelings synonymous with a number of Richie Loop’s melodies. “It’s the energy that flows through me that goes to my music,” he says. “I love to make people happy and if doing so means singing party songs then why not? There’s too much stress in the world right now. My songs are to take your mind from it and lighten up one’s day.” Turn It Up was released on August 12th and now available across all digital music platforms, and distributed America’s top Reggae and Caribbean music distribution entity, VPAL Music a subsidiary of VP Records.
