Designed to give students a chance to display and develop their talents in a real business atmosphere, students have acquired skills through the program that they've since used to further their education and even launch their careers. The program gives its participants insights into the workings of a corporation while maintaining an atmosphere of education and training. Interns are matched to departments that will offer the most valuable experience according to the student's background, field of study, and career aspirations. There are opportunities available in several departments at our corporate office in Columbia, Missouri as well as in claims branches in one of our 14 operating states.
