Boyer Wears a Variety Of Hats at Polk State

That's why she wears such a variety of hats at Polk State College. Boyer, 48, is an associate vice president at the school. Her many responsibilities include being the chief technology officer. "She's articulate, intelligent and faithful to finish a task," said County Commissioner Melony Bell, who sometimes works with Boyer. "Having her drive behind education in Polk County, the real winner is Polk County. She's one of those women that everybody looks up to. She gets things done."
