Fisk University Conducts Volleyball Camp

Posted By: Reginald Culpepper on May 27, 2015 The Fisk University Athletic Department and the Nashville Starling conducted a weekend volleyball camp that included 65 girls (some of whom are pictured below) from Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, and Tennessee. Under the leadership of Fisk Assistant Athletic Director and Volleyball Coach, Sarah Grams, the camp focused on skill building and teamwork, and is part of Volleyball Clubs, USA’s effort to train girls to compete at USA Volleyball’s Junior Olympic level. Fisk President H. James Williams stated, “Coach Grams and the Athletic Department are to be congratulated for implementing this wonderful initiative.
