Growing up EPILL always had an ear for rap music. He admired artists such as Biggie Smalls, Sam Cooke, and native hip-hop duo Young Chris and Neef of State Property. In 2011 at the age of 23 EPILL began to find more passion not just for listening to rap music but also writing rap music. It became a therapeutic way for him to release different emotions he experienced on a day to day bases. The hopes and anticipation are high for the Philadelphian artist. EPILL is coined to be the next Phenomenon to come out of the city of Philadelphia.
