Scope/Supervision & Interaction Collaborates with Technical Support, Technical Analyst, and Senior Technical Analyst staff and end users. Essential Functions: • Learn the functions, goals and processes of the department. • Effectively use of data flows, formulas, methods supplying relative illustrative charts, tables, diagrams, and procedural statements. • Deploys as directed appropriate Information Technology solutions. • Learns basic IT systems to prepare for future efforts to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating cost. • Assists in the development of procedures for proper utilization of IT technology. • Modifies existing technology as directed to take into account changes in business requirements or equipment configurations. • Overnight travel to remote locations to observe and assist in the implementation of technical solutions.
