HBCUgrow Welcomes Dr. Ivory Toldson as Leadership Keynote

Toldson, executive director of the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), as the keynote speaker for the group’s November 10 conference on leadership, marketing/branding and enrollment management. The full day event will be held at Shaw University in Raleigh. “Many HBCUs are struggling today with budget and enrollment challenges,” says Jeanne Frazer, president of vitalink® and a founding partner of HBCUgrow. “Strong leaders are needed to turn the tide. We’re very excited to have Dr. Toldson join us from the White House Initiative on HBCUs to share his thoughts on leading these historic universities into the future. He is currently on leave from his position as full professor at Howard University.
