FAMU Alumna Spearheads Allstate’s National Campaign Supporting HBCUs

Posted By: How May I Help You NC on October 29, 2015 By Domonique Davis Office of Communications and External Relations Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) alumna Cheryl Harris is one of the leading minds behind Allstate’s Quotes for Education initiative, established in 2009 as a means of providing financial support to students who are attending HBCUs. The most recent chapter of the initiative, “the HBC-I-Owe-U Program,” is currently underway. Allstate is currently donating $10 to the Tom Joyner Foundation for every insurance quote received through the Allstate Quotes for Education Program.
