The goal is to solve problems for Cardinal Health customers that improve health and wellness for consumers. An open floor plan without cubicles or traditional desks creates a casual, tech startup-like atmosphere. Software developers and technical product managers gather at large work tables designed to enhance workflow. Fuse engages in a new approach to software development that employs the “agile” technique of building and continually testing components with the customer in “sprints” of two to three week iterations. The focus is on customer involvement and rapid market testing.
