You Can Create Your Day

Most people drag themselves into work gritting their teeth, putting on the mask and resisting because they are trying to steady themselves to prepare for a heavy workload, or other challenges they fear may rise up to meet them. Their Blood pressure and cholesterol rises. They overeat, over drink and indulge in other destructive behaviors because they are trying to shield and protect themselves for what’s ahead. Instead, they face sleepless nights. There is a better way to live than being blown around like a leaf in the wind. The first thing is this. If you dread something, you are attracting what you dread.
