Posted By: Reginald Culpepper on January 21, 2016 The National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) is the premier organization for African Americans who are interested in public administration, particularly at the local and state level. For more than 30 years, through its annual conference and on-going professional development programs, the NFBPA has been preparing current and future African American public administrators to become major contributors to an enhanced quality of life in cities, towns, and neighborhoods across the United States. In conjunction with its annual conference, FORUM 2016, NFBPA will be awarding scholarships to eligible students. The scholarships range from $1,000 to $ 10,000 and will be awarded during FORUM 2016 which will be held in Portland, Oregon April 13 to April 17, 2016.
