WACO, Texas – Shai Fields of Huston-Tillotson University (Texas) stood out as the RRAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the dates of Feb. 8-14. This is the 14th weekly award of the 2015-16 basketball season.

The junior guard from Houston accounted for 34 points and five rebounds in a 100-89 loss to Texas College. Fields then erupted for 44 points with five three-pointers to spark a 107-96 road victory over University of St. Thomas (Texas). For the week, he connected on 23-of-53 field goal attempts and 25-of-30 free throws.
