As an intern in the Industrial Technology Department you’ll learn how to apply your analytical skills, classroom learning, and interest in retail to make a meaningful contribution to the growth of our company. Over the 10 week long program at one of our corporate offices in Lincolnshire, IL, you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from a group of innovative individuals focused on guiding the growth of the leading drugstore retailer. Responsibilities specific to the role: • Provides support for activities that implement limited portions of the specified functional area of the Technology operation • Coordinates cross-functionally to accomplish assigned tasks. Interacts with team members and peers and may interact externally to provide semi-routine information related to assigned tasks. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience as to what your career within Walgreens could look like. We position you to succeed with training, exposure to the business, social activities, mentorship, a case competition, and performance management sessions for your continued growth and development.
