NextEra Energy is looking to fill the following positions: Director - Strategy & Business Development - Houston, TX Responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, strategy development for organic growth and acquisitions, and analytical support for the existing energy services business. Must have at least 8 years of experience, preferrably an MBA, or retail electric, or management consulting experience. Regional Director Oil and Gas Origination - Houston, TX Find, structure, and implement complex, long term commercial transactions in financial and or physical natural gas, and oil markets. Grow NextEra Energy's presence with key accounts in regions where NextEra Energy has significant business interests. Oversee energy markets, ensure all aspects of deal making process to help obtain desired results. Must have 9 years of experience, including 5 years direct experience in origination/business development or physical trading. BS in Business or Engineering required, MBA a plus. Manager of M&A, Corporate Finance - Houston, TX Provide support in the overall M & A evaluation process for Upstream, Midstream and Pipeline assets. This role involves providing thought leadership, constructing the analytical framework, projects execution and presenting to senior executives. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering, and MBA or CPA/CFA required.
