Posted By: Terence Hendrix on January 24, 2006 All of these emails flying around about NBC trying to stick it to Jamie Foxx and the reasons why are true. I am here in LA, I work with his management company, I worked on this show. This is one of those times to believe what you read on the internet. If you have TIVO....RECORD IT !! If you know someone with TIVO...HAVE THEM RECORD IT !! The reason for this is that TIVO not only records the shows that you like but it also sends information about you watch and record to the TIVO company for ratings purposes. Look at TIVO as the new Neilson's ratings box for the millenium. They intentionally tried to put the tv special against American Idol to make it fail. When Idol was moved to Tuesday instead of being on Wednesday, NBC tried to renege on the arrangement and put it back against Idol to make the special fail, thus proving that shows with all Black casts will not work on televison. Prove them wrong, watch the special on NBC, WEDNESDAY JAN. 25 @ 8pm and also on FRIDAY Jan.27 @ 8pm. Support Black televison so that we can have more quality programming in the future and enjoy the show!! Jamie is truly talented this is just a hurdle that i am more than sure he will not allow it to get the best of his well built acting,singing or role in the communities with his fan base. We support other races we need to stay strong and support our own as well.

Hey wassup dawg. Appreciate You posting this blog. I like Jamie and applause what he stands for. Jamie is an inspiration for all of us who Aspire to reach great heights of success. I really relate to Jamie's experiences and loved his acceptance speech when he won his Oscar, he dedicated that to his Grandmother. It was a great testimony for all that will claim and receive it. I envisioned myself and was elated for him. At the preview to the Oscars (Golden Globe), I was hoping and praying for Jamie to win. Keep up the good work Bro. Peace. I will watch it too. I am a big fan of Jaime Foxx. He has proven that he's not just an comedian, but that there is more to what you see on the screen. Go get dat album Unpredictable. The songs iz sick.

I will watchg the Jamie Foxx show because he is so talented and did I mention fine. You bets beleive I will be tuned into the show to support my boo. Somebody always hatin no matter what your doing. So stay strong and keep doing what you do cause i really enjoy your show its UNPREDICTABLE!!!

I am so happy this show is coming on again on Friday. I had bible study on Wednesday and couldn't watch it and I haven't set up my VCR yet because I just moved. I will definitely be watching it tonight at 8pm EST/7pm CST.

I know I will NOT be watching Jamie Foxx's little special thing. All because he did not want any white poeple on his show? I dont understand why he wants black people around now. HE sure wasn't thinking about black people when he decided to choose a WIFE..so why act like he all deep in his roots now. No, no Jamie Foxx is getting no love from me on this one. So please stop with all of this.

I think is a sad day when one does not support a person based on who he has chosen to marry. I feel he is a very talented individual and no matter if his wife is black or not, I feel it is good to support him, just for the cause.
