Student has career perfect attendance at Southwest High School

Posted By: Hija Chang on June 22, 2016 Timonte Lee has tallied up perfect attendance, not just for the semester, or the year, or even his high school days. "2,000-some days seem unbelievable," Timonte said. It's an amazing attendance record: 13 years of school, 2,340 days without even one absence. The kid's not a superhero. He has tough days just like the rest of us. "My mom, she just made me come no matter what -- stomach ache, don't matter. Always come to school," Timonte said.
