In your role as a Process Engineer at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by: Managing and leading food process scope development of multiple food process engineering projects and programs. Collaborating with Food Scientist / Food Technologist / Operations to define process solutions / resolve production issues. Supporting, conducting and leading process innovation through project phases that include screening, feasibility, development and commercialization activities within the following project progression: Bench Scale – Lab, Batch Scale -Pilot Plant, Continuous Scale – Pilot Plant, Production Scale-up, Production Testing, Production Start-up. Develops and specifies processes including appropriate capital scope that delivers the required food attributes. Provides equipment technology expertise to the Company.
