You will be responsible for working with the business/functions to manage, define and design solutions consistent with Wage and Hour and Total Rewards policies and procedures to ensure compliance across Kellogg Company within the U.S. While you are at it you’ll be building your network and expertise in a thriving environment of professional development and teamwork. And together we’ll shape a stronger future for our company and your career. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? In your role as a Sr. Specialist, Total Rewards Compliance, you will be part of our success by: Managing the design/configuration/implementation of solutions for small to large scale projects Identifying strengths and areas of opportunity with regard to compliance with local, state and federal employment laws Standardizing related policies, practices and systems across the US locations Representing the team on steering committees with business partners Auditing pPay and compensation practices, policies and programs across Kellogg Company, including job classifications Providing wage and hour compliance training to locations and departments Providing case management and support to the Legal and Compensation Departments for wage and hour matters Click this link to view and apply for this job!
