You will support and manage the implementation of a regional Benefits strategy working with the GBS Regional Center, HR Business Leadership, and Business Unit leadership. And together we’ll shape a stronger future for our company and your career. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? In your role as a Sr. Specialist, Benefits, you will be part of our success by: Supporting the design and development of Benefits programs in North America through identification of internal/external trends, insights, and best practices Implementing the regional Benefits strategy working with the GBS regional center, HR business leadership, and business unit leadership Developing and managing project plans in support of Retirement Benefits programs Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and reviewer during the development and distribution of Communications materials Monitoring, revising, updating Retirement Benefits-related Policies Remaining current on country, state and local Benefits legislation changes and adjust programs as necessary Conducting research of Benefits best practices, monitor legal developments, evaluate emerging trends, keep appraised of technological advancements and conduct benchmark comparisons Evaluating effectiveness of North America Benefits program Supporting high-level Vendor Management activities as needed (e.g., validation of compliance with Service Level Agreements) Supporting the Reward Financial Analysis Leader in modeling Benefits Program Costs by providing data, input, review, etc. Conduct due diligence and research of choosing a vendor to align with Strategy / Business Need. Handling vendor escalations that can’t be resolved between Vendor Admin & Vendor Handling Vendor Contract Negotiations Click this link to view and apply for this job!
