President Ronald L. Carter to deliver keynote at National Small College conference

Carter will deliver the keynote speech at the 28th annual National Small College Enrollment Conference, July 11-13, 2016 at the Omni Hotel in Charlotte, N.C. The NSCEC, which covers topics of admissions, enrollment management and retention, is a trusted source for best practices, trends and research in the small colleges and universities sphere. Carter will open the conference at 1 p.m. Monday, July 11, and set the tone for the three-day event with his address.
