North Carolina A&T predicted to win the MEAC, return to Celebration Bowl

For the second year in a row, A&T was picked to win the MEAC and Tarik Cohen was projected as its Preseason Offensive Player of The Year. Bethune-Cookman and North Carolina Central, both of whom won a share of the MEAC title last year, were predicted to finish second and third respectively. The predicted finish is as follows: 1. North Carolina A&T 2. Bethune-Cookman 3. North Carolina Central 4. South Carolina State 5. Hampton 6. Norfolk State 7. Morgan State 8. Florida A&M 9. Delaware State 10. Howard 11.
