I love Jill Scott because of what she represents: a strong black woman. Her music is uplifting and inspirational. I also like Musiq Soulchild, India.Arie, and Angie Stone.

Jill Scott is my girl yo'. I don't think there is one song of hers that I don't like. She's got a different flava better than that of otha lil' girls like Rihanna or Keyshia Cole. I'm impressed.

Anthony Hamilton hands down with no questions about it. Jill, I put Jill second. I still like "Gettin in the Way." Musiq (he droped the Soulchild) has a good voice also. All three and Sunshine Anderson should do a song or two, three, four.

I love Neo Soul and there are a lot of artists out there that don't get any publicity that you should check out like Zap Mama, Kindred, and Les Nubians. Matter of fact, I got my second row seats to see Kem and Kindred at the end of the month. Can't wait! :)

Love NEOSoul! Jill Scott and Anthony Hamilton are my favorites. Also love Kindred, Musiq, India Arie, Angie Stone. Jill Scott allowed Warm Spirit to use her "Golden" song for our video to introduce everyone to the products and the business opportunity. See it here: http://www.warmspirit.com/flash/golden_vid...

JAMES: Maxwell, Eric Benet, and the One and only miss Lauryn Hill especially her unpluged album. oOPs Forgot someone India Arie, ain't nothing like a woman playing a gutiar, singing from her soul. And I could go on and on and on and on and on and on.

I breathe neosoul, man..I absolutely love soul music, just in general becuase the beat and the groove of the music is as slow as the ocean. My two favorite neosoul artists are Jill Scott & Musiq Soulchild because I feel their words and relate in some many ways. I love Jill for speaking for a black woman's point of view. She speaks from her heart & never shies away from any obstacle as an artist. I feel her music. Musiq is one of my personal favorites because no matter what I'm going through, I could listen to him & feel so good afterwards. I think anyone who like neosoul feels it as much as I do every day.

does the first 112 count as Neo? How about Rome? Have you heard of Natilie? To me Natilie is a Latin version of Jill Scott. Hold up, dont forget about Kem.

Sorry about that, Natalies music is like Aaliyahs.

I am seventeen years old and I certainly don't listen to the typical music every other teen does. I listen to Dwele, Bilal, Jill Scott( love her music), India Arie(her music is beautiful) , Mint Condition( they can jam),D'Angelo(can sing his butt off),and even Eric Benet. I think neosoul is beautiful and I love soul music, too. I love Stevie Wonder and I love what he stands for. I think neosoul music speaks for the soul.

I LOVE neo-soul!!! I love Kindred, Tweet, Musiq, India.Arie, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Common, Dwele, Alicia Keys sometimes..she is more jazzy, and the list goes on! These artists all have something in common...they feel what they sing. Their music/lyrics have meaning. Its not all about money, cars, cash, clothes, and other unnecessary materialistic things. I just love music..its my passion. My goal is to learn to play an instrument..preferably the bass guitar! I must learn to play that thing!! LOL...hit me up yall......*Ty*

I bought Raheem DeVaughn's album after looking at him on his website and his album is just..........WHEW! Man, he has just so much to say and yet so new. He is a truly authetic artist and I just love his music. I can't wait till he make a duet with a woman with a beautiful voice or even another album.

People know me as the girl with the old soul cause as a teenager they expect me to wanna bump and grind to the non sense music that degrades our culture and I'm not with that. I 16 and I love the true Neo-Soul. The Soul music that takes you past the emotion felt. Jill Scott, India Arie,Earth wind & Fire, Chaka Chan, Shirley Brown, Angie Stone, Stevie Wonder, Lenny Williams, Luther Vandross, and that just a few. If any of you have seen the The Color Purple(Broadway). Than let me intorduce a new soulful woman, Elisabeth Withers. She played Suge Avery and she just released her new Album which was off the chain so check it out. Love ya all!
