Can I rise?

Posted By: Brittany Banks on January 29, 2006 I look beyond the clouds and imagine myself a bird. Free from all worries of life and full of energy. No one can hold me back from flying so pleasantly, only I can determine where I want to go. The wind so fresh and the water so pure. As I soar through different parts of the world I realize that I have a family. A family to tend to and a family who cares. Why is it that when I am a free child I ive with no cares in the world, but as I grow older I live in fear? Not in fear for my life, but the fear that I may not rise and soar on my own.
