Posted By: Hija Chang on October 04, 2016 Central State University President Dr. Cynthia Jackson-Hammond asked 17 female students to help her celebrate being honored as a 2016 Woman of Distinction by the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio. The awards reception, which occurred at the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center, recognized women in the community who are paving the way for girls. President Jackson-Hammond was honored for her leadership of the University. She was one of five honorees. Thank you for being a role model.
