Aviation program certifies its first private pilot

Posted By: Legasaurus Sister on January 30, 2017 TSU aviation student David Thompson is one step closer to becoming an airline pilot after receiving his Private Pilot Certificate following a practical examination in a Cessna 172 at Ellington Field. Thompson is the first student to become a certified private pilot in TSU’s flight program.
