Dania, associate professor of finance and director of the Graduate Business Programs at Alcorn’s School of Business, has been appointed as the editor-in-chief for the Accounting and Finance Research journal. Accounting and Finance Research is a double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal with global readership. The journal publishes original, theoretical and quantitative research articles that provide exploratory insights in the fields of accounting, corporate finance, investment, insurance, monetary banking, stock exchange, capital markets and related subjects. Professional educators and researchers throughout the world submit articles for consideration. Dania is excited about his new role, and he appreciates the respect of his peers in business. “It is humbling to be selected by my peers for the position of editor-in-chief of a global academic journal,” said Dania. “It is a great responsibility. I’m excited to continue serving the academic community and look forward to several more productive and successful years promoting creative academic research in areas of accounting, finance, and economics.” Dania has been a member of the Editorial Board of Accounting and Finance Research since 2013 and has served as associate editor since that time. Dania was invited to serve a two-year term as editor-in-chief in recognition of his contributions to the academic community and to the journal. The editorial board of the journal includes accounting, finance and economics academicians from universities all over the world. http://www.alcorn.edu/ If you enjoyed this article, Join HBCU CONNECT today for similar content and opportunities via email! |
