SEE WHERE A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION CAN TAKE YOU!

When choosing a major, you want to select an affordable degree program that will support you on your chosen career path. At Arkansas Baptist College, we are with you every step of the way. As a respected HBCU in Arkansas, we believe in providing our students with every opportunity for academic success – and in life. One affordable degree program that many of our students find useful is a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a four-year program that focuses on business administration and commerce and has least one business concentration. The coursework typically includes general business courses with advanced classes in the chosen area of concentration.
It provides a broad knowledge of business, organizational function, as well as communication, management, and decision-making skills. It combines practical experience and formal training to give students a strong foundation in their business concentration. Concentrations within this degree include: general business administration, entrepreneurship, accounting, and sports management.

Business Administration
This concentration will give you a broad knowledge of business, foster your leadership skills, and improve your technological and analytical skills. We recruit expert faculty to share their real-world knowledge with you; this means that not only will you learn from the best, you will also have access to professionals who can help you transition into the job market after graduation.

Entrepreneurship
If you have dreams of starting your own company, this could be the field of study for you. A bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship focuses on teaching you to plan and operate a business: perform marketing, budgeting, and much more. An entrepreneurship concentration will foster your independence and give you the tools to own and operate your own business.

Accounting
The finance industry is currently thriving, so if you can work with figures, stay organized, and connect well with others, this might be the industry for you. Professions that you can pursue when you have a concentration in accounting include becoming a certified public accountant, business analyst, accounting manager, and payroll professional. A bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and finance can take you far, with most positions allowing for steady upward growth.

Sports Management
Management is a popular career path, and a business administration degree with a sports management concentration will give you a “competitive” edge in the job market, and not just because it involves sports. Not only can you pursue a career in the sports field, but you can also extend this degree into areas such as hospitality or retail management.

No matter the concentration that you choose, an affordable degree in business administration will harness your talents and help to propel you forward into the field of your choosing.

At Arkansas Baptist College, we believe in giving you the best opportunity at success. Choosing us as your academic home will give you a quality education backed by strong values. Explore your future today and find out what sets us apart by calling (877)-643-5390.
