Posted By: Will Moss on February 07, 2017 Development Specialist, Temporary Part-Time Tracking Code 7158-415 Job Description The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Part Time Development Specialist (approx. 20 hours/week) in Philadelphia. Under the direction of the Philadelphia Executive Director, this role will provide support to the Development/Fundraising Team to include assistance with financial reporting, fundraising/development progress reporting and special events 'gap-to-goal' meetings and strategies. Required Experience: + 2-5 years of related experience within a non-profit fundraising/special events environment preferred + Intermediate to advanced computer and database skills; fundraising database experience preferred + Experience in the ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines + Excellent relationship building and customer service skills + Strong written/verbal communication Attracting talented, committed employees means offering a competitive benefits package, ongoing professional development and training, and a diverse and inclusive environment in which to work and grow.
