Shiesty...I just joined last week and I'm already complainin'. They charged me twice for the exact same thing. $8.99 the first time $14.96 the second time. So I call and try to get this straightened out before I get mad, cuz ya know, I could've read wrong. Anyway so I call and after holding for about 5-7 mins, a "rep" finally comes to the phone. Now this girl has no customer service skills, whatsoever. Anywho, she goes on to try to explain why I was charged.

Obviously, she don't know cuz nothing that she says makes any sense. I guess she can tell I'm gettin' angry, cuz then she throwz me an address and tells me that they can "look into the matter"...so I ask what's the procedure for canceling my acct...her answer? I can't cancel it because the books have already been sent. You can return them and WE"LL SEE if we can cancel it. I bet they'll cancel it if I stop payin'...man I don't know if this just happened to me or if others have gone thru this, but uh, they betta not ask me for no referrel.

I wish I would have never signed on with them. Im glad you said that because it gave me a chance to vent about them. One

I just joined last month and so far things are going well. I just have to remember to decline that featured book of the month on time so that they won't send it to me with a high bill.
