Thinking of ending my life......to be free

Posted By: SHANEEQUA LEE on February 20, 2006 Walking the streets sheddin blood and sheddin tears As I lay on my back I can feel the tears hit my ears Asking strangers on the street if they have change to spare Thinking of ending this life that I constantly live in fear Thinking of my life and finally being free Or is this hell I’m living called in reality Thinking of my life back when I was a little girl I never thought of all the people that would escape my world Thinking of all the lost teenage souls that are now history And how mothers are forced to take it as another unsolved mystery’ No justice served and a steady conscience burning each day Wondering why it’s not safe for your youngins to play Parents neglect their children and tell hem to get out their face And if they try to join the conversation they’ll tell them to stay in a kids place Poor school systems with kids failing each day Parents with no high school education that cant show them the way No good examples or parents that went college No one to sit them down and really pass them the knowledge With nothing but street smarts we don’t know what to do But with no action taken on that last murders how do you expect us to get the clue! © 2005 shaneequa's property!
