31 pounds and counting

Posted By: Desiree Walker on February 22, 2006 So I have lost 31 pounds....I stop weight watchers because my mother no longer wanted to continue with it...and I was determined to keep my weight off and continue shaping my body...so I am now 187 pounds (218 to 187) I am 20% body fat and I'm excited! Just thought I would continue sharing my success because everyone has been so supportive! Thank you so much!
