Posted By: How May I Help You NC on March 20, 2017 Position Overview The Senior Director of Development will lead alumni fundraising for The Ohio State University’s College of Medicine within the Wexner Medical Center. Serving a new, collaborative and visionary Dean with a hungry, hard-working team of five, this position will oversee fundraising and alumni affairs for the college and personally carry a well-qualified portfolio of major gift prospects. Major gifts at Ohio State are considered those of $100,000 and above but this leadership position will focus primarily on gifts of $250,000 and above. The College of Medicine advancement team is exceptionally collaborative and transparent. The Senior Director we are seeking will lead by example as a strong mentor, taking a solid team to the next level and will play an integral role in the planning of the next campaign. Organizational Overview This is an exciting time at Ohio State’s College of Medicine. We currently rank 11th among research medical schools at public universities. We also house the renowned School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, with top-12 programs nationally and rising in physical therapy and occupational therapy.
