Slackers must stop

Posted By: Maya Lee on March 02, 2006 In my school we have alot of people who just refuse to do work for no apperent reason. In my freshman year I was that kind of person. Now Im a jr (11th grade) and i have started to put in work.I recently got an intership at the Smithsonian American history Museum where I network with people of different social and ethnic backrounds and they are alot more exposed then the people in my school. Most of them come from High schools with tuition on about $23,000 a year. They have been getting better oppertunitys and better education. these are the same people that we will have to compete with for jobs on a international level.
