Posted By: Hija Chang on March 22, 2017 The Assistant Owner's Project Manager is a mid-level position responsible for the active management of programming, design, and construction of large scale commercial and/or institutional projects throughout New England, primarily Connecticut. Essential Functions: Candidates MUST be familiar with the building design and construction process. This position will require management capabilities and the ability to work on site with clients on a regular basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Assisting with the management of projects through all phases (design, construction, and close-out); • Assisting with the management of projects to completion, on-time, within budget, and within scope of work; • Production of reports, summaries, and briefings using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • The ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally; and • The ability to multi-task.
