Apply Now For Tiffany
Posted By: Reginald Culpepper on May 03, 2017

Tiffany and Company is accepting applications for its 2017 Tiffany Academy for Excellence and Diversity in Retail Leadership, an exciting program for high-potential early to mid-career professionals who want to become the next generation of retail leaders at Tiffany.

To be a retail leader at Tiffany means to embrace and master a wide range of roles and responsibilities. You’ll be a mentor, partner, expert, coach, teammate, community liaison, and one of the most visible brand ambassadors of the company. Traditionally, it takes many years to acquire the skills and experience necessary to become a store leader, but the Tiffany Academy takes you on an accelerated journey where you’ll gain an intimate exposure to the business, setting you up for a successful long-term career as one of Tiffany’s trusted retail leaders.

As an iconic luxury brand we seek candidates who are eager to:
  • Apply their passion to lead in a client-facing environment
  • Develop business acumen by learning the foundational knowledge necessary to make meaningful contributions across multiple functions of the company
  • Demonstrate innovation, integrity, and personal agility
  • Embrace a growth mindset as you take on progressively more challenging roles, including lateral cross-functional moves and higher levels of responsibility as you grow your career at Tiffany
  • Have the career aspiration to lead and develop people
  • Lead and participate in strategic projects and get results in a variety of roles and experiences

Aspiring leaders selected for this program will experience an immersive, 18-month rotational program with three rotations supporting our retail business —two as a member of the store management team and the third in a corporate function. In addition, the Academy includes high-impact, customized activities such as executive mentoring, participation in business-critical projects, world-class leadership development training, and ongoing one-on-one coaching.

As a Tiffany Academy Associate, you will gain the valuable experience, knowledge, and foundation to become an effective retail leader and grow a successful career with Tiffany. Apply now to be considered for one of the coveted September 2017 openings.

Furthermore, as a company that embraces difference, we seek individuals who bring different experiences, perspectives and backgrounds, and are eager to contribute to and manage diverse teams.
