More detail on responsibilities: -Work directly with clients by phone, email and in person -Gather required information to run an effective implementation -Train clients on system functionality and the implementation process -Run implementations according to client timelines -Perform and document a detailed logistics review for each event at least three days prior to an event -Manage staff and execute run of show to deliver flawless events for clients -Respond promptly to customer inquiries -Anticipate the needs of your clients -Handle and quickly resolve customer complaints or issues -Direct unresolved issues and requests to 501 team leads -Keep records of customer interactions and transactions -Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints -Maintain customer databases -Communicate and coordinate with the tech team -Improve and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process -Build out both internal and customer-facing documentation to improve implementation and event execution Click this link to view and apply for this job!
