Join our team at RBC Capital Markets and gain business expertise, as you participate in our Fixed Income Associate Rotational Program: Fixed Income Associate Rotational ProgramAre you an undergraduate student who is interested in the Financial Industry? Do you want to gain experience in a fixed income organization before committing to a specific career path or a graduate education? In the Fixed Income Associate Rotational Program, we help talented professionals like you understand the daily operations of the capital markets industry; guiding you on your path to success. In this 12-18 month program, a select group of undergraduates will be chosen to gain knowledge and experience in various facets our fixed income business; such as Business Technology, Sales, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Trading, Banking and Portfolio Strategy. Throughout this process, you will be held accountable for product knowledge and value-added contributions made through various projects. You will attend various educational “teach-ins” and complete the product-intensive curriculum instructed by your manager, receiving feedback after each rotation. Through the rotational nature of the program and close mentorship with fixed income managers, RBC offers an excellent opportunity for furthering your career in fixed income, offering the most impressive participants a position in a dedicated area of focus. Currently, we have six positions available for hire in New York and Minneapolis, beginning June 2006. You must remain committed to the program until completion. To be part of our team, you must demonstrate a record of academic success and a diverse range of extracurricular activities, as well as excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. You must also have an undergrad degree, with working knowledge of economic, financial and accounting principles, as well as Fixed Income products, the securities industry and the PC environment. The ability to anticipate customer needs is also required. Questions?
