This position will focus on specialized testing (commercial grade dedication and seismic testing) of items for our nuclear fleet. Here you will use your technical experience to identify and document the technical and quality requirements of these items such that they will perform their specific plant functions. You will process these items to procedures and policies that are in accordance with Federal, Nuclear Regulatory, and corporate requirements. This position will also require you to develop procurement requirements (Procurement Engineering Evaluations), document technical changes (Item Equivalency Evaluations) and resolve technical and quality issues found during the quality control inspection process. In this position, use your proficiency or ability to learn automated purchasing, materials and receiving management computer systems (familiarity and ability to use ABB/VENTYX Asset Suite/INDUS Passport is desired). In addition, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and direct experience in the electrical discipline is preferred. This position is located at the Corporate Procurement Engineering and Dedication (CPED) facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. We truly have the best team in the business.
