Posted By: Hija Chang on August 07, 2017 FEATURED Content The University of Iowa Athletics Department seeks applications for a Video Coordinator & Creative Director for its women’s basketball program. This is a 12-month, full-time position with University benefits; salary range is $42,000 to $48,000. The University of Iowa is a NCAA Division I Power Five institution and a member of the Big Ten Conference. The Department of Athletics manages 24 varsity sports programs and operates under a “Win. Graduate. Do It Right.” philosophy. Responsibilities: This individual will be responsible for providing video analysis and breakdowns for women’s basketball using specific editing systems; assembling and preparing highlight films; organizing, producing and supervising videotaping of practices and games; charting and analyzing player and team game statistics; co-directing summer basketball camps; co-directing annual golf outing; assisting with recruit mailings, videos, social media and additional duties as assigned. This position requires the ability to travel in the months of October through March and requires occasional work in the evenings, on weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet The University of Iowa Fleet Safety Program driving standards is required. Must also have the ability to move and load equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
