Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Chi Zeta Omega Chapter in conjunction with Pearls of Service, Incorporated invites you to join us for our Fourth Annual Think HBCU Day Party Fundraiser scheduled for Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Blue Martini, 7301 Lone Star Drive, Plano, TX from 1pm-6pm.

Our goal is to raise funds for Historically Black Colleges & Universities to award scholarships to deserving students at their respective institutions. Over the last three years, we have awarded over $20,000 in scholarship dollars to HBCUs.

General admission to the Day Party is a minimum donation of $25;
On the day of the event, general admission is a minimum of $30.
However, you DO NOT have to attend the event to make a General Donation to support your favorite HBCU!

Donations are tax deductible and ALL proceeds will go to the HBCU(s) which raise the most money.

We will select up to three winner(s) based on the most funds raised in support of an HBCU

Up to $9,999.99 ~ there will be one award winner who will receive 100% of the funds raised

$10,000 - $14,999.99 ~ there will be two award winners (Split 60/40)
Example – $10,000 raised (1st place: $6000/2nd place: $4000)

$15,000 or more ~ there will be three award winners.



(Split 50/30/20)
Example - $20,000 raised (1st place: $10,000/2nd place: $6000/3rd place $4000)

Diamond - $5000
~ Diamond Level Scholarship Sponsor Acknowledgment ~ Recognition at event opening and throughout the event
~ 10 minute speaking opportunity at the event
~ Company name and logo displayed on scholarship check
~ Company name & logo prominently displayed at event
~ Company name & logo prominently displayed on Chi Zeta Omega’s and Pearls of Service website for 1 year
~ 15 passes to Chi Zeta Omega and Pearls of Service Chapter Think HBCU Day Party

Platinum - $2500
~ Platinum Level Scholarship Sponsor Acknowledgement Recognition at event opening
~ 5 minute speaking opportunity at the event
~ Company name and logo displayed on scholarship check
~ Company name & logo prominently displayed at event
~ Company name & logo prominently displayed on Chi Zeta Omega’s and Pearls of Service website for 6 months
~ 10 passes to Chi Zeta Omega Chapter and Pearls of Service Think HBCU Day Party

Gold - $1500
~ Gold Level Scholarship Sponsor Acknowledgement Recognition at event opening
~ 3 minute speaking opportunity at the event
~ Company name and logo displayed on scholarship check
~ Company name & logo prominently displayed at event
~ Company name & logo prominently displayed on Chi Zeta Omega’s and Pearls of Service website for 3 months
~ 5 passes to Chi Zeta Omega Chapter and Pearls of Service Think HBCU Day Party

Silver - $500
~ Book Scholarship Sponsor Acknowledgement Recognition at event opening
~ 3 passes to Chi Zeta Omega Chapter and Pearls of Service Think HBCU Day Party

Bronze- $100
~ Supporter Acknowledgement Recognition at event opening
~ 2 passes to Chi Zeta Omega Chapter and Pearls of Service Think HBCU Day Party

Must pre-register and be 21 years or older to attend the event.

Please show your school spirit by wearing your HBCU paraphernalia, and if you did not attend an HBCU wear your favorite HBCU paraphernalia at the Think HBCU Day Party.

All donations will REQUIRE an HBCU designation and winners will be awarded based on donations through 3pm CST on the day of the event.
