Unleashing the full potential of your team to ensure employee and food safety, product quality, and on time delivery of orders. This is a shift position with 12-hour rotating shifts resulting in at least 2 long weekends per month. Major Accountabilities: Creates and maintains an engaged and team oriented workforce to drive business results. Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment issues as they arise Collaborate with quality team on employee training to ensure food safety and product quality requirements are followed Lead shift start-up meetings to ensure information is relayed between shifts Manage employee attendance information and payroll responsibilities Participate in planning staffing levels, assist with hiring process and onboard new employees Builds people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel Click this link to view and apply for this job!
