But you have to eat smalls and at least 3 of the meals consist of substituting a piece of fruit as a meal. Be sure to drink plenty of water and stay clear of too many carbs and sugars and do plenty of cardio. This has worked for me also. If you have a desk job, it is helpful just to bring in bags of fruit from the local produce section, and place them in a desk drawer. Having something healthy to eat without having to get up is a way not to be tempted to eat from a vending machine. So if you have an 8-to-5 job, it makes sense to plan to each a piece of fruit from the drawer at 10 and at 3, while keeping your regular breakfast, lunch and dinner schedule.
