I come from a long legacy of famous musicians and singers. Some have passed and some still currently heavy hitters in the industry. Naturally, as a child I was musically and theatrically inclined and began a career in entertainment at age 10. As, a child I worked on several projects such as the movie Rebound featuring Martin Lawrence and I was lead in a movie called It Ain’t Easy featuring MACK 10, Clifton Powell and Glenn Plummer. I also studied for years at Amazing Grace Conservatory under the leadership of Wendy Raquel Robinson. There I was apart of many theatrical productions where I showcased my acting, singing, and dancing ability. After high school I went away to Tuskegee University in Alabama. There I took a number of music classes and on top of getting my degree, I continued to pursue my dream of a career in music. I recorded numerous songs to keep my craft sharp and also performed for my college’s homecoming and other local venues. After graduation I came back to Los Angeles and with more access to high end studios and equipment, my dream started to unfold and become a reality. I really believe music is my purpose. Whether it be from my own personal experiences or my perspective of other issues or concerns we have as a generation, there is something everyone can relate to and groove to on my album, TRIAL AND ERROR.
