Alabama State University's 94th annual Turkey Day Classic (T.D.C.) and Hornet Homecoming celebration is now upon as ASU starts it off with a big "Thank You" on Tuesday at its Citywide Business & Community Breakfast (free & open to the public, but you must register), which takes place at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center, downtown. We will be joined by ASU President Ross, Mayor Strange, County Commission Chairman Dean, Business Leaders, Education Leaders, Chamber Officials, and a host of folks too long to list. Of course, the celebration will culminate on Thanksgiving-Day (Nov. 23), when the ASU Hornets and the Edward Waters Tigers face-off on the gridiron at 2 p.m. at The ASU Stadium.
