Adams, co-chair of the Bipartisan Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Caucus, will lead the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) Special Order Hour honoring the nine HBCUs celebrating 150 years of academic excellence tonight. Earlier this year, Rep. Adams introduced a resolution to commemorate these nine schools during National HBCU Week. WHO: Congresswoman Alma S.
